Data-deletion instructions

Delete your account in the Academy

1. Sign in to your Blackjack Academy account.
2. Open Profile from the member navigation.
3. Scroll to “Account deletion” and select “Delete my account.”
4. Enter your username and confirm permanent deletion.

The deletion removes your authentication account, public profile, uploaded profile image reference, training progress, achievements, friendships, invitations, challenges and match records. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot access your account

Email privacy@skylaragentic.com from the address associated with your account. Include your username and the words “Account deletion request.” We may request information needed to verify account ownership before deletion.

Social login removal

Removing Blackjack Academy from Google, Apple or Facebook stops that provider from being used for future sign-in, but it does not by itself delete your Academy data. Complete the steps above to delete the account and associated member data.

Retention after deletion

Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or service logs, and information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. It is not restored as an active member account.
