1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Blackjack Academy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Training product only
Blackjack Academy teaches blackjack strategy using simulations, virtual bankrolls, achievements and friendly challenges. It does not accept wagers, hold player funds, award cash prizes or operate a casino. Virtual money, scores, belts and achievements have no cash value.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in methods secure and notify us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Usernames and profile content must not impersonate, harass or infringe the rights of others.
4. Fair play
Do not manipulate scores, automate decisions, exploit bugs, interfere with matches, access another member's account, scrape the service, disrupt the application or use the Academy for unlawful activity. We may correct scores or results affected by errors, abuse or technical failures.
5. Strategy and results
Training content is educational and does not guarantee success, winnings or any particular result. Casino rules and local laws vary. You remain responsible for your decisions and for complying with the rules that apply where you are located.
6. Partner offers
The Academy may display offers from independent partners. Offers are subject to partner eligibility, location, age and promotional terms. We may receive affiliate compensation. A partner relationship does not make us responsible for the partner's services.
7. Intellectual property
The Academy software, visual identity, training presentation, text and original assets are owned by Blackjack Academy or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will identify updates by changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten members or the service, or create legal or security risk. You may delete your account at any time by following the data-deletion instructions.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Blackjack Academy does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free strategy presentation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or a third-party offer.
